Sitting on my bookshelf next to where I placed my copy of Corporate Cultures was a wee book I had picked up at a Library Sale in Coquitlam B.C.

I get some gems this way and some I keep and others I give away which is just another form of recycling. This little book 50 Projects by Tom Peters I kept.

The book has some good advice that would cost you many dollars to get from a consultant and this book cost me 50 cents at the library sale.

My reaction to this book and as part of my research for my Duncan Fraser Reads project took me on an introspective journey as I created this video.

The reading project started as a way for me to release the stress that Cov19 was causing me. Thinking about of the millions who had lost their lives due to Cov19 and the possibility of it impacting my family was super stressful to me.

To take my mind away from these depressing thought processes I decided to read some old books from my bookshelf, pick a paragraph, and, using the digital world pull on the threads reading the paragraph opened to me create a video that I could share.
