It is no secrets that I am a two wheeled enthusiast and that my four wheeled steeds have been either a way to get to the racetrack or as as just another way to get me there and back as economically as possible.
My fist car was a Hillman and graduated to the Honda Civic which are as pedestrian a vehicle as you can get. I love Porsche primarily because my friend Frankie Juhan’s Uncle Jaroslav raced for them.
My appreciation for the American Muscle started with the AC Ford Cobra and a 1969 Shelby GT500 Frankie Juhan let me drive. We were on our way to a race at Laguna Seca with bike stuffed into the Shelby.

As I peeled out , burning rubber Frankie says “you can take it out of third now” We were on the side of the road in light gravel and the car spun up so that when I hit the highway I was burning rubber even though I was in a higher gear. That car had insane power.
A local garage owned by master mechanic Mario Dasilva on 1st.
