My friend Frankie Juhan’s dad was talking to me about the Six Days one day and said he had competed in 1937. I knew he was a speedway champion and that he had won on many Gran Prix circuits on different brands. The conversation we had was before cell phones and being the young idiot I was, a barely listened. I wish I could have that one back!
